Hi friends---I had a whole post ready to share with you today, but currently my thoughts and feelings within that post aren't on track with how I'm feeling at this new moment....so therefore that post will wait in my drafts until this feeling passes.
I will just share this small bit of my Sunday with you. You know it's a funny thing that during the work week I wish I could sleep until lunch...but then when the weekend rolls around it seems I prefer waking with the sun! Sunday morning was totally glorious! When I saw the sun peeking out I had to get outside. Fall is settling in our part of California and so it was a bit chilly...but that was even better. Coffee got brewed,bible and book were in hand, and out the door I went. I truly can't tell you what a hot cup of coffee and the sun does for me...Throw in a quiet morning and I seriously am in heaven!
#thesimplethingsarethebestthings right?!?! So I sat out there for about a half hour and soaked in the morning....enjoyed every sip of my coffee....I prayed, I read my bible {and I posted a collage on instagram!} After I felt full, {and my coffee was gone} I headed back to the house and got ready to start my day.
I'm always so thankful when I get to snag a morning like I did on Sunday! Hope your Sunday was great too!
